We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged

  • The product is defective

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The product is unused and in original packaging

Time Limit

  • Return/Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Conditions

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original packaging and invoice must be included

  • Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued after product inspection

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Refunds will be processed to original payment method
